Drifting through sounds as an attempt to muddy the waters, Marlo Eggplant flirts with drone, ambient, harsh noise and tinnitus. After doing her first steps in classical music, punk and folk, and then maintaining her pace within the noise movement, punk and folk, she’s evolved to a style which stings our eardrums and drags our ears under a catwalk of drilling machines in slow motion and then propels them in tunnel swamped with steaming magma. A sensorial canopy within which one feels like a spasming marshmallow. She’s become a major figure on the international scene with her Ladyz in Noyz compilation which positions her as a key player of feminization in the experimental music field.
